In summer 2009 Monika LEVEN-HORRIX, Marina FRANCK DEDROOG, Klaus Ulrich HORRIX , Jose Ramon COTOS ESPERANZA et. al. have opposed the unjust project of reurbanisation that shall be realized by the Ajuntament de CASTELL -PLATJA D'ARO in Mas Nou and Mas Semis, we have prepared model-allegations free of charge for owners who wanted to fight against the project as well.
The mentioned project is now renewed by the Ajuntamiento in order to do damage to the private owners and to benefit certain promoters and, last not least, to save itself the costs of maintenance for the urbanisations. Enormous costs for a completely new infrastructure
shall be passed on the private owners totally - without any necessity to reconstruct all.
In summer 2009 a replanning of the zoning map was announced, thereupon we made a written objection for many owners against the reurbanisation and in favour of a repair of the existing infrastructure. In this written objection we demanded reconstruction in some small parts instead of reurbanisation, we demanded that only repairs are to be done that are really necessary. These costs would be lower and, besides, the Ajuntamiento has to pay a part of it.
The distribution of the two model objections to the owners of the two urbanisations was laborious and took a lot of time. Therefore, and because of the need to respond quickly defending our interest - that is at the same time the interest of the majority of the owners of Mas Nou/ Mas Semis - we decided to found an Association of Defense.
In August the 24th , 2009, we signed the document of foundation of the ASOCIACION DE DEFENSA DE LOS PARCELISTAS PARTICULARES DE LAS URBANIZACIONES MAS NOU Y MAS SEMIS DE CASTELL- PLATJA D'ARO, by doing this we unified a large number of owners of both urbanisations.
We are registered in the Registro de Asociaciones de Girona with the inscription number 40246 and the date 20-10-2009. Our tax identification number is G55055404.
All private owners and usufructuaries of private property are welcome to be members, except for those who work directly or indirectly in the field of real estate agencies, urbanisation, construction and promoting because their interest is completely different to the one of the private owners.
